The Wrap

Some Mandan cookies are named after characters on “Friends.” Barb Antoine runs Barb’s Little Blessings Bakery from her front porch, and her S’more cookie is the Chipper, her Biscoff cookie is Could It Be Any Better, and her peanut butter cookie with a chocolate bottom is the Marcel. She puts them out on Saturdays and Sundays. We’d say that’s a pivot worth making.
