- ➤ Prosecutors charged 51-year-old Robert Wayne Walsh with two felony counts after he threatened bank employees with a bomb from his backpack in a downtown bank on Tuesday—he had a previous bomb threat conviction and the incident forced 48 employees and 3 customers to evacuate during a four-hour standoff.
