- ➤ Scam callers in North Dakota, first reported in Fargo, pose as police officers to raise money for officer training (they usually ask for a credit card or gift cards) and police urge anyone who receives the call to hang up and contact their local department. KX News

- ➤ Joan Hall, an instructional aide at Jeannette Myhre Elementary School, was named the 2025-26 Education Support Professional of the Year by North Dakota United at a ceremony Saturday in Bismarck—earning praise for her patient work with students and colleagues.
