- ➤ The NDDOT announced winners of its fifth annual Name-A-Plow contest on Dec. 22 after more than 800 names were submitted statewide. Winners like Bismarck's Beet-L-Juice will get a chance to meet the operator of their plow and see their name permanently displayed. KX News
