- ➤ AAA reported the national average for regular gasoline dipped below $3 per gallon, with North Dakota prices lower—regular gas costing $2.64; projections indicate prices will continue falling through the end of 2025 & into 2026. KX News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Game and Fish has opened a three-year watercraft registration cycle from Jan. 1, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028. Fees are $30 for motorboats under 16 ft and canoes, $45 for motorboats 16–under 20 ft, and $60 for boats 20 ft or longer — registrations include a $15 aquatic nuisance fee. KX News
- ➤ The ND Department of Transportation will bring back ND Sober Ride to offer discounted Lyft rides from Friday, Dec. 19 to Jan. 1, giving riders $10 off when they use Lyft code (VZWINTER25) as part of its Vision Zero effort to reduce road injuries. KX News
