Here's your local news at a glance for Monday, the 27th of October.
Good morning, Bismarck.
🏛️ Government
Bismarck residents are reminded that daylight time ends on November 2 when clocks fall back an hour, making sunrises around 7:30 a.m. Earlier this year, the ND House passed a bill to end daylight time permanently, but it died in the Senate—debate over clock changes continues.
Gov. Kelly Armstrong and first lady Kjersti Armstrong will host Halloween trick-or-treaters at the Governor’s Residence on Friday as part of a long-standing tradition to celebrate the holiday.
