Registration is open for local firefighters+police officers and first responders who will join the National Fallen Firefighters 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in Mandan later this year to honor those lost.

The event offers a meaningful way to remember fallen heroes and strengthen community bonds.

Valeri Entzel Memorial Park opened Sunday in Morton County to honor a beloved Mandan community member whose final wish was to create an outdoor space for families.

Community members attended the dedication to celebrate her life after she passed in 2022.
