- ➤ A new North Dakota law now lets milk producers sell raw milk products directly to consumers and took effect on Aug 1. It requires labels stating 'made with raw milk' and permits sales for personal use only — sales to wholesalers, retail stores, or donations are not allowed. KFYR-TV
