- ➤ Two men were taken into custody after they attacked a man on north 31st Street on Monday afternoon—police said one man struck the victim with a wooden club, leaving a large head cut that required hospital treatment, while Joshua Kerzman now faces a felony count for conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and Charles Holzer faces two felony counts including aggravated assault with bond set at $30,000 as police search for a third suspect. - ➤ The North Dakota Game and Fish Department held its deer gun lottery, leaving nearly 3,000 licenses available for unsuccessful resident applicants.
