- ➤ Today, the North Dakota Department of Commerce — using a $10 million appropriation from the 69th Legislative Assembly — opened the Legacy Investment for Technology program to help companies grow by offering low-interest loans for new technology. - ➤ Four Carrington FFA members and their female advisor leave today for Scotland to compete in an international livestock judging competition. - ➤ Bismarck city officials approved the controversial zoning change for Misty Waters that ends a yearslong rear yard setback dispute after months of work and public debate—bringing clarity to local planning guidelines. - ➤ Congresswoman Fedorchak testified at a House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee hearing on June 16 that a national rule for NIL deals is needed so that smaller Division One schools receive fair treatment.
