- ➤ Don Fry, a longtime marketing teacher at Mandan High, is one of five finalists in the Kids Choice Awards: Teacher Edition by the Bismarck Larks Lignite Energy Council. The winner will be announced at the Larks game on June 19 and voters are encouraged to cast their ballots. KFYR-TV
- ➤ Bismarck Public Schools will honor the Class of 2026 with three graduation ceremonies on Sunday, May 24 at the Bismarck Event Center; no tickets are required for entry. Bismarck Tribune
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The City of Bismarck announced that starting next Tuesday, Ottawa Street north of LaSalle Drive will be closed for six weeks for reconstruction with a temporary business driveway provided, and Arabian Ave will have road repairs for two days, weather permitting, with home access maintained.
