  • The North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department announces Aquatic Nuisance Species Awareness Week from May 3 to May 9, urging park visitors to clean gear (drain water, dry gear, and dispose of bait properly) to help prevent invasive species from spreading in local waterways.  KX News
  • North Dakota's junior duck stamp contest crowned a 9-year veteran as its overall winner today. The contest highlights young talent in wildlife conservation (a tradition that brings local enthusiasts together) and marks another milestone for the state program.  KFYR-TV

  • The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will host its fifth annual Fish Challenge this summer for both seasoned and new anglers—participants can test their skills on local waters.  KFYR-TV
