- ➤ A Sleep Junkie survey found North Dakotans spent an average of 15 hours outside in winter—well below the national average of 24 hours and 36 minutes—and many said cold weather, early darkness, and busy schedules kept them inside. Many residents also take vitamin D supplements and seek well-lit spots to help make up for the off-season daylight shortage. KX News

- ➤ The Bobcats defeated the Mallards 4-3 in overtime to win the NAHL regular season title. Captain Ian Engel scored 15 seconds into overtime to clinch his fifth goal and tie the team record at 45 wins—one win against the Minot Minotauros next week will break the record and likely set up a playoff rematch with Aberdeen.
