- ➤ On Thursday, the North Dakota Senate Appropriations Committee amended the property tax and reform bill—lowering the maximum credit to $1,250—at the request of Senate Majority Leader David Hogue. Bismarck Tribune

Armstrong’s veto of a bill that would give companies a tax credit of up to $45,000 for work with Roughrider Industries— a program that trains inmates through state prisons.
